Undergraduate Intern
We are looking for a Graduate trainee for a 3 months rotation to support our new projects from the USA and other international markets.
We presently have requirements for two roles:
1) Business Development Intern:
The role in depth:
- Research opportunities for growth.
- Build pipeline management.
- Drive the work and projects assigned to you independently with the co-founder and the team
- Report metrics for the engagement.
- Support on strategic levers.
2) Marketing Intern
The role in depth:
- Build marketing collateral for the sales and business development teams globally and assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns.
- Responsible for handling our global events.
- Handle lead generation and inbound campaigns after analysis of sales leads.
- Manage relationships with agencies for marketing, public relations and alliance partners.
- Manage our global events brand ‘Meaningful Conversations’.
Candidate requirements
The role in depth:
- Have a hands-on approach and an entrepreneurship mindset.
- This is a new venture with risks, thus the ability to manage the wins with the losses is essential.
- A diligent work ethic.
- Strong analytical, diligence, and communication skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Past internship experience in a professional learning, consulting or business development. Technology experience is highly preferred. Start-up experience will be considered as well.
- Preferably a graduate looking for experience during pre- MBA.
